I love this! We had our kids between 2002 and 2009, and it was amazing how much the ultrasound technology advanced in that time. With my son who’s my youngest at 13 weeks my doctor said, “I’m about 70% sure this is a boy,” and I looked at the grainy screen and thought, “Huh—I’m seeing a part I’ve never seen before!” It’s all so amazing.

And now they do those “3D” ones that show facial features. It’s pretty incredible!

This was lovely. Thx for sharing your personal experience. Nice to know there are children’s books that offer a glimpse. I love the ones that include real photos of the pre born in different stages.

Beautiful story 💕 thank you for sharing! 🙏 Waiting just a few more months until my little niece enters the world in December (Making me an aunt for the first time!) Seeing her ultrasound pictures definitely does something. Just makes you fully appreciate the delicacy of God's work in the womb! It's so precious 💕💕💕
